Established in 2000, along with our skilled employees, we have been serving the beautiful Pacific Northwest for over two decades. While our initial area of focus was on residential renovations and community maintenance, our current portfolio consists of a wide variety of extensive new commercial construction projects including multifamily residential and mixed use buildings such as luxury apartment towers, hotels and senior living communities in King and Snohomish Counties.
We continue to partner with local General Contractors such as W.G. Clark Construction Co. and national Contractors such as Mill Creek Residential and Holland Partner Group.
The majority of our projects include landscaping at street level, courtyards and roof tops, hardscaping throughout, irrigation, green roofs and site furnishings such as fire pits, outdoor kitchens and dog runs.
